Smoothies, Walks and Yoga

Started off with a green smoothie for breakfast, walked (5,500 steps so far which is way better than the 105 I was averaging), ate a healthy lunch, practiced yoga (namaste) and now I’m eating carrots and hummus for a snack (so much chewing).
This should work as long as I don’t leave the house for the next 6 months.
